At TTC we are aware that our rooms provide the structure and container for all the work that takes place within them.  Our rooms have been carefully thought about, designed and equipped.  All our rooms have natural light, comfortable sofas and chairs and colour schemes help our clients to feel, safe, calm and looked after in the rooms.  

 We have thought really carefully about the equipment in the rooms.  There are sand trays and miniatures in every room as these are hugely versatile and creative ways to work with people of all ages. They allow people to view their lives from an outside perspective with some distance from the dynamics of their families and social groups.  We have a significant amount of art supplies and many of our therapists incorporate some use of the arts in their work, even if it is just diagrams to illustrate thoughts occasionally.   We have toys suitable for all ages and games that encourage interaction, thought, creativity and social understanding.
