Donna Saddler

Donna is experienced in working with a wide range of common psychological, behavioural, emotional problems and learning issues, as well as with more complex mental health challenges. She brings to her practice over 20 years’ experience having worked extensively within the statutory health and social care field where she undertook a variety of roles working within adult and child/adolescent mental health and child protection teams. She has also worked closely with foster children, their families and with adolescents in residential settings.

In more recent years, Donna worked for a youth charity running therapeutic social education groups and she was also seconded to providing psychotherapeutic counselling to support mental health within secondary, primary, and infant schools across West Sussex. She now offers independent psychotherapy services across a range of academic settings and alongside a diverse clinical private practice working with children and adults.

Donna brings a unique perspective to her work by offering an integrative blend of theoretical modalities, skills and experience to nurture clients’ uniqueness and relational needs. Donna loves to bring the creative arts alive in her work with clients of all ages. Moreover, she brings compassion, curiosity, and transparency to all her therapeutic relationships and believes such a powerful and safe co-creation to be the catalyst that supports personal healing and self-discovery.
