Megan’s humanistic integrative approach allows you to work at your own pace, helping to identify and express your feelings and tap into your inner resource. She understands that life’s many experiences can impact what is going on in the here and now and works with you to identify unhelpful beliefs and create more enabling ones. Megan also believes, that when it feels right for you, the mind-body connection can be a powerful way to explore emotions.
Coming from a mixed-race background, Megan identifies with the cultural challenges and pressures that some clients might have experienced.
Megan has a degree in Psychology and is currently studying the Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling at the CPPD (BACP).
