Miranda Bartholomeou

Miranda is currently studying Humanistic Integrative Counselling at CPPD Counselling School in the advanced diploma year.  Miranda has been with us for over 2 years. Her approach is integrative and very much works from an authentic person-to-person relationship.

She looks at how the client feels in daily life, exploring relationships with others and oneself whilst respecting identity and individuality. Miranda helps clients to make sense of the past, and supports clients with their newfound awareness and any choices, which may arise as a result.

Miranda has over 20 years of experience working with children and adolescence in various settings. Starting as a nursery assistant and moving on to work in secondary schools and a pupil referral unit.  This work has been challenging and a good foundation for holding difficult feelings and providing a safe space for the people that Miranda works with.
