Rebecca Otero

Rebecca is currently in training on The BACP accredited diploma course Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling at CPPD which provides a solid foundation in the Humanistic Integrative approach and its application to counselling practice.

She continues to work as a front line crisis volunteer at Shout and has previously worked with vulnerable adults in an art education group in Tower Hamlets and Arts in Schools project for gifted and talented in westminster.

Her previous work in the creative field led her to complete an MA, focused on designing textile aids for emotional and non verbal communications for neurodiverse & autistic adults.

In her most recent years she worked in events management, where she learnt the people skills to hold and support clients through high pressure and stressful times. Her focus is on a supportive and inclusive approach. Whatever the situation, she will listen without judging and with empathy and understanding. Helping you to work through problems in an atmosphere of honesty, openness and mutual respect.
