Sara Koczwara 

Sara (she/her) is currently doing final year Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. She works with a Person-Centered approach and offers clients a space that is non-judgemental, empathic and safe. Sara uses a range of therapeutic models including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Object Relation and CBT.

Sara is someone who strongly believes that with the right support and guidance, people are able to overcome any difficulties in their life and live in a healthier and more fulfilling way. Her approach promotes healing and growth for their clients through deeper understanding of themselves and the challenges that they may experience.
