At The Therapeutic Consultants Sussex, we provide compassionate and professional psychotherapy and counselling for adults in Burgess Hill and throughout Sussex. Our clinicians are recognised by major insurers (including AXA Health), meaning you can often begin therapy without paying upfront. Sessions run in person at our Burgess Hill clinic or online, making access easier wherever you are in the UK.
Sussex was our first clinic outside London, and it remains a close-knit and experienced team. We work from two spacious consulting rooms within an Occupational Therapy centre, offering both private therapy and local authority work. Many families are supported by more than one clinician, allowing us to provide consistent, joined-up care that fosters a real sense of holding and continuity.
Our clinicians have been together since the clinic opened in 2019, which gives our Sussex practice a strong foundation of collaboration and trust. We offer individual therapy, family support, and ongoing care tailored to each client’s needs.
